基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer对心力衰竭心肺功能研究的可视化分析

摘要:

目的 对心力衰竭领域心肺功能的相关中英文文献进行可视化分析,探讨其研究热点和趋势。方法 检索中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science核心数据库(WoSCC)2000—2023年间发表的相关文献,使用VOSviewer和CiteSpace对年度发文量、作者、期刊和关键词进行可视化分析。结果 近年来心力衰竭患者心肺功能(CRF)相关研究发文量总体呈上升趋势。CNKI中发文量靠前的作者依次是孙兴国、张振英、刘艳玲等,WoSCC发文量靠前的作者依次是Agostoni Piergiuseppe、Salvioni Elisabetta、Arena Ross等。出版文章数量最多的中英文期刊分别是中西医结合心血管病电子杂志和 International Journal of Cardiology。关键词分析得出,运动耐量、心肺运动试验、心脏康复和生活质量等为该领域的研究热点。结论 心力衰竭患者心肺功能的相关研究目前处于高热期。心肺功能在降低心力衰竭患者的死亡率、改善预后以及提高生活质量中具有重要作用,心肺运动试验是量化心肺功能的主要检测方法,心脏康复尤其是运动训练是提高心力衰竭患者心肺功能的重要手段。

Abstract:

Objective To conduct a visual analysis of relevant Chinese and English literature on cardiopulmonary function in the field of heart failure, and explore its research hotspots and trends. Methods Retrieve relevant literature published in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) and Web of Science Core Database(WoSCC) from 2000 to 2023, and use VOSviewer and CiteSpace to visualize the annual publication volume, authors, journals, and keywords. Results In recent years, the overall number of publications related to cardiovascular and pulmonary function in patients with heart failure has been on the rise. The authors with the highest publication volume in CNKI are Sun Xingguo, Zhang Zhenying, Liu Yanling, etc. The authors with the highest publication volume in WoSCC are Agostoni Piergiuseppe, Salviani Elisabetta, Arena Ross, etc. The Chinese and English journals with the highest number of published articles are the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Cardiovascular Disease Electronic Journal and the International Journal of Cardiology. Keyword analysis shows that exercise tolerance, cardiopulmonary exercise testing, cardiac rehabilitation, and quality of life are research hotspots in this field. Conclusion The relevant research on cardiopulmonary function in patients with heart failure is currently in the high fever period. Cardiopulmonary function plays an important role in reducing mortality, improving prognosis, and enhancing quality of life in patients with heart failure. Cardiopulmonary exercise testing is the main method for quantifying cardiopulmonary function, and cardiac rehabilitation, especially exercise training, is an important means of improving cardiopulmonary function in patients with heart failure.
